An appointment
can be made by calling our scheduling department at 815-932-7474.
Monday -
Thursday 9am-12pm 1pm-5pm
Friday 9am-12pm 1pm-4pm
Our specialty
requires us to triage patients and schedule them accordingly.
Routine
well woman exams
are scheduled
based on availability. We ask that you call to schedule your
appointment four months before you are due for your exam.
If you are
having a problem, please call and ask to speak to the phone nurse.
The nurse will discuss your symptoms with you and determine when
you should be seen by the physician. The nurse may ask you to call
you back after discussing your symptoms with your doctor.
Canceling an appointment
We ask that you notify our office 24 hours prior to your appointment
if you must cancel. This allows us to fill that time with another
patient in need of medical care.
